Raw Multifloral Honey

Paradise honey is natural and delicious! It is raw multifloral honey from the unspoiled countryside around the Shannon Estuary in Co. Clare. 

The bees forage on the wildflowers that flourish from early Spring to late Summer and produce honey whose flavours reflect the diversity of nectar from which is made.  

The honey is presented in 227g and 340g jars.

Ivy Honey

Ivy honey is made from the nectar from the ivy flower. 

Ivy flowers in late autumn and the honey is high in sucrose, which makes it crystallise solid.

Paradise Ivy Honey is creamed to reduce the size of the crystals, resulting in a smooth, creamy honey with a disctinctive flavour.  

The honey is presented in 227g jars.
